College Franchisee Complex Ready to Host Annual Festival of the Year
Ramnagar: The PNG Government Postgraduate College, Ramnagar, has entered its 50th year since its establishment. To mark this milestone, Principal Prof. M.C. Pandey inaugurated the Golden Jubilee celebrations by planting saplings in the college premises. He mentioned that the college was established in 1975 and is now stepping into its 50th year.
As part of the Golden Jubilee year, a target has been set to plant 50 trees, including various ornamental and medicinal plants. These trees will be planted along the boundary walls of the college, enhancing the beauty of the premises and attracting tourists.
On this occasion, Principal Prof. Pandey held a meeting with the staff to outline the programs to be conducted throughout the year as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations. While extending his congratulations for the Golden Jubilee, he expressed hope for active participation from all faculty members and non-teaching staff in organizing national and international seminars, training workshops, cultural events, construction projects, and the introduction of new courses.
The event was attended by Chief Proctor Prof. S.S. Maurya, Prof. Punita Kushwaha, Prof. Anumita Agarwal, Prof. Anita Joshi, Dr. Lavkush Kumar, Dr. Suman Kumar, Dr. Siraj Ahmed, Dr. Sharad Bhatt, and all faculty and non-teaching staff. The program was conducted by Dr. D.N. Joshi.
