Action :- In the case of sub- standard commenting , Yuvika Chaudhry’s case registered in non- Bailable sections

Hansi Police has again logged a complaint against the film actress Yuvika Chaudhary under the unfair caste and tribe atrocities act . schedule caste rights forum activist Rajat Kalsan had complained to hansi superintendent of police Nitika Gehlot on may 26 that film actress Yuvika Chaudhary had released a video on social media . In this , the actress has made the derogatory comment for the inappropriate caste, the complainant had also given the CD of the said video , after the formal investigation by whose cyber cell ,an FIR was logged against Yuvika Chaudhary at the city police station on Friday . The fir has been registered under the 3,(1) of the schedule caste and tribes atrocities Act , which is non – bailable . Kalsan said that soon the police will issue a notice to Yuvika Chaudhary for involvement in the investigation in this case. Checking that we had received a complaint , based on that , we have registered a case against yuvika Chaudhry. Further action will be taken by only after investigation, Vinod Shankar, DSP, Hansi .
