Dehradun, 1 Jan 2024: CM Dhami said that the government will continuously work in that direction as per the public sentiments and whatever is paramount in the interest of the state.
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami directed in a high-level meeting that the committee formed for land law should hold a public hearing on a large scale. Take the opinion of people and experts from many fields. Garhwal and Kumaon Commissioners should also be included under the decentralized system for land law.
CM directed that the committee should prepare drafts expeditiously on the basis of suggestions. Said, all decisions are being taken by the state government in the interest of the state.
The government will continuously work in that direction in accordance with public sentiments and whatever is paramount in the state’s interest. Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, ADG AP Anshuman, Secretary and Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey, Additional Secretary JC Kandpal were present in the meeting.
