Some took shelter in other houses of Khatra Bhamp village, while many are still forced to live in dilapidated houses due to the disaster. Every year during the monsoon period, the worries of these families affected by disasters increase. These families spend sleepless nights worrying about when disaster will rain from the sky.
After the disaster, the government machinery conducted a geological survey of these vulnerable villages and experts advised the families living in these villages to be immediately displaced, but even after more than a decade, the affected families could not be displaced. Is. In this regard, District Magistrate Vineet Tomar said that proposals for displacement of disaster affected people have been sent to the government. Further action is possible only after receiving instructions from the government.
