Manoj Bajpai throughout his acting career carved numerous different Characters from villan to comedian and to serious ones and became the well known face of film industry.
Manoj Bajpai was born in 1916 in Belwa, a small village in Narkatiaganj in West Champaran district. He struggled alot in his life and his father used to do farming. He did his schooling from Raja High School, Bettiah district. He did his graduation from Satyavati College then from Ramjas College and from Delhi University.
After being rejected from the National School of Drama 4 times Manoj Bajpai did theatre with Barry John from Barry Drama School. He started his acting career with the serial ‘Swabhiman’ that airs on Doordarshan. He made her film debut in year 1994 with Shekhar Kapoor’s Bandit Queen . He was awarded as the best Actor Award for the film ‘Satya’ and ‘Shool’ . Moreover, he also received the National Film Award (Special Jury) for the movie ‘Pinjar’.
