Section 144 has been imposed in Jhajjar, Karnal and Jind for the prevention of lumpi disease. Jhajjar District Collector Shakti Singh has banned the movement of cows, buffaloes and livestock etc. from other districts and states in the district with immediate effect. In Haryana state, outbreak of lumpy skin disease infectious disease has been seen in cow, buffalo cattle etc. in some districts.
In which there is a need to take care and care of cows, buffalo animals etc. The possibility of spreading the symptoms of infectious disease to cow, buffalo cattle etc. cannot be ruled out.Necessary steps are required to be taken to prevent the said disease
