Tomatoes were grown in the Gheya field and cucumber vines were planted in the bitter gourd field.

District Horticulture Officer Dr. Pramod Kumar says that the government has launched several important schemes to increase the production per acre for the farmers, especially the smallholder farmers. In which the farmer can cultivate fruits, flowers, pulses and oilseeds in view of diversification of crops. Grants are also given regarding these.To increase the area of ​​orchards in the district, a target of 775 acres has been set by the government. The grant amount given by the government has been increased substantially. There is a provision of giving a total of Rs 50,000 per acre, including Rs 30,000 for the first year and Rs 10,000 in the second and third year, for planting new orchards.
