Forest Conservator DrVinay Bhargava said that on Thursday night at 11.30 pm, information about forest fire was received in Bell Beat Room No. 6 of Fatehpur Range of Ramnagar Forest Division. Due to the forest fire area being at a distance of six kilometers by vehicle and three and a half kilometers on foot from the main motor road, the team barely reached the spot but due to dense darkness, strong winds and falling of stones from the hill, the personnel faced difficulties in controlling the fire. had to face.
He said that the fire was brought under control around 10.15 am on Friday.
