Describing about Soul’s Diet When I Met Gurleen Kaur and Antar Naad

A Human Body needs energy which he gets from food he eats and it gives temporary satisfaction but what about permanent satisfaction. Soul’s Diet helps us in satisfying us eternally. You must be assuming that HumariBaat this time is talking about one the great restaurants. But this is not true, Soul’s Diet is special band comprising of seven people. They are Antar Naad, Vipul Sharma, Sahib Singh, Gurleen Kaur, Jaspreet Jassu, Arpit Joshi and Anand Vistar.

After watching great videos of the band on Facebook, I met Gurleen Kaur and Vikram Singh a.k.a. Antar Naad. The band uses western music instruments in the Bhajan Sandhyas, Kirtan and traditional Sufi vocals. They have been walking across India and making evening fully divine and extraordinary. You may check few of their videos o Facebook. They soon are organizing Aanad: Evening of bhakti music & sound healing in House no. 1373 (backyard), sector 19b Chandigarh.

This is something very natural and fascinating. Though the band is motivated from many masters or saints from ancient and modern era but they their own identity because their objective is totally spiritual and soul awakening hence they have named their band “Soul’s Diet”.
