Has the pollution from industries in the area ended or has the MLA made a setting, please tell?
Lalru, Punjab – Dharmendra Sharma, brother of Shiromani Akali Dal candidate NK Sharma, has cornered Halka MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa on the issue of pollution of industries in Laldu and Derabassi areas and said that the MLA who pretended to raid factories after winning the elections should tell why. Now, is no industry spreading pollution in Derabassi and Laldu or has the MLA made some setting?
Dharmendra Sharma was addressing election rallies here today in support of his brother NK Sharma. He said that Randhawa initially pretended to conduct raids in industries to put pressure on industrialists. The reports of the samples collected from these industries have not been released till date. Dirty water from industries is spreading diseases in the areas of Laldu and Derabassi but the MLA is silent on this matter.
Why has the MLA stopped conducting raids now?
Kuljeet Singh Randhawa, who, like his political boss Bhagwant Mann, has been misleading the people of Derabassi constituency by lying, should tell what reports have come of the samples taken till date. How many employees and industrialists have been punished?
Dharmendra Sharma said that the area is in the grip of pollution and the MLAs have become silent after the meeting. The MLA has been completely exposed in front of the people of the area. On this occasion, many dignitaries including former Municipal Council President Bullu Singh Rana, Advocate Manpreet Singh Bhatti, Rajesh Rana, Youth President Taranbir Singh Poonia, Sheeshpal Rana, Manpreet Singh Virk were present.
