Chandigarh: Chandigarh has witnessed a heart sinking incident on Tuesday morning . An incident that questions humanity on every level . In the area near HP Gas Agency ,Sector 25, a sensation was wide spread when some dogs were found scratching a fetus dumped relentlessly in the area. After it grabbed the attention of the people around , they informed the police immediately .
Acting on the given information , sector 24 outpost police reached the spot . They drove away the dogs and possessed the thrown fetus. The possessed fetus is kept in Sector-16 hospital under the surveillance of qualified doctors. Primary examination has been already done by the doctors . It is revealed that the fetus is at least 3 days old .
A case is registered against the unknown guardian of the fetus . The police has started the investigation along with that the details of hospitals are also being searched in order to find the biological parents of the fetus .
