Gurmeet Singh reached Kedarnath Dham on Thursday morning. District Magistrate Dr. Saurabh Gaharwar and Superintendent of Police Dr. Vishakha welcomed him at the VIP helipad. After this the Governor met the pilgrim priests. The priest community welcomed and congratulated him with traditional chanting of mantras. After meeting all the pilgrim priests, the Governor offered prayers to Baba Kedar and wished for the well-being of the state and the country. He also took stock of the ongoing reconstruction work in Kedarnath. After this he left for Badrinath Dham. There he worshiped Badi Vishal.
