The accused made the victim talk to a girl, who gave her address as Gurugram. On the pretext of getting married, he got Rs 2 lakh deposited in different bank accounts.
Two lakh rupees were cheated from a youth on the pretext of getting married in Mandi Ateli in Narnaul area of Haryana. In this regard, the youth has given a complaint against three people including two nominated in Ateli police station. The police registered a case.
In a complaint to the police, a young man said that in December 2019, he had registered for marriage online. 2000 for which an amount of Rs. A few days later a person named Sunil Kumar got a girl to talk. Who gave his address as Gurugram.
After that he went to Gurugram to meet him, Sunil Kumar, Inderjit and an unknown person got him to get 2 lakh rupees deposited in different bank accounts on the pretext of getting married. But the said people neither got her married nor returned the money. On asking for money, they started quarreling with him.
After this, he gave a complaint to the Cyber Crime Police Station in Gurugram. From there his complaint has been sent to Ateli police station. Ateli police has started action by registering a case against the said people under various sections on the complaint of the youth.
