Panchkula, Haryana. The Punjab and Haryana High Court in an important decision on Wednesday declared the appointment of about 1259 JBT teachers appointed in 2017 as illegal. Is. The posts that remain vacant will be re-advertised and a fresh recruitment process will be issued.

What was the matter

Only those candidates were eligible in this recruitment who had passed the Teacher State Eligibility Test.Haryana Government did not conduct the Teacher State Eligibility Test in 2012, due to which only those candidates who had passed the examination in 2011 could apply for this recruitment till the cut off date.Meanwhile, the Haryana Government conducted the State Eligibility Test in April 2013, the government said that due to administrative reasons, the Teacher State Eligibility Test could not be conducted in 2012, so the examination which is being held in April 2013 is now the Teacher State Eligibility Test 2012.
