Dehradun: After the puja on 16th May, the festive doli of Rudranath will reach Lwinthi Bugyal for the night stay and on 17th May the doli will enter the Rudranath temple late in the evening.
The doors of the fourth Kedar Rudranath temple will be opened for the devotees on May 18 at 5 am. On Tuesday, the idol of Rudranath from the sanctum sanctorum of Gopinath temple was installed in the temple premises as per the rituals.
After the puja on 16th May, the festive doli of Rudranath will reach Lwinthi Bugyal for the night stay and on 17th May the doli will enter the Rudranath temple late in the evening. The doors of the temple will be opened for the devotees as per the rituals at 5 am on 18th.
This year, head priest Vedprakash Bhatt will take over the responsibility of worshiping the temple. On Wednesday, special worship of Lord Rudranath was organized at the Rudranath Doli residence located in the temple premises. On this occasion, Chief Priest Prayag Dutt Bhatt, Praveen Bhatt, Harish Bhatt, Apoorva Bhatt, Janardan Prasad Tiwari, Shanti Prasad, Puran Singh Bisht, Vinod Rana etc. were present.
