Two days after the girls were kidnapped on June 14, the father of one of the girls filed a kidnapping case.
Minor girls, aged 12 and 16 from Uttar Pradesh were reportedly kidnapped and raped in Hyderabad. These two minor girls are friends and lives in a village which comes under Narhi Police station area said police on Thursday.
They were kidnapped on June 14 after which father of one of the girls filed a kidnapping case after two days when they were kidnapped and on Wednesday, both the girls were found at the Bharauli intersection.
Both the girls said that they were taken to Hyderabad forcefully and raped by Deepak who lives in their village along with one of his friend Sonu who lives in a neighbouring village. They kidnapped the girls and took them to Hyderabad.
According to the statements given by the girls, charges on the accused are IPC section 366 (kidnapping, abducting or inducing a woman to compel her for marriage) and section 376 (rape) and sections of the POCSO Act and a case is filed against them said the Police. Further police said that girls are send for medical check ups and they are finding accused.
