President Ram Nath Kovind is coming to Uttar Pradesh on a four-day visit today. Kovind will take part in various programs in Gorakhpur and Ayodhya, apart from the capital Lucknow here. The President will reach Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport at Amausi by a special plane at 11 am. Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will receive him. From the airport, the President will go directly to the Raj Bhavan by road. Let us tell you that this is his second visit to the state within two months.
After having lunch and rest at Raj Bhavan, at 5 pm, the President will attend the ninth convocation of Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar University as the chief guest. On August 27, the President will participate in three programs in Lucknow. These include the unveiling of the statue of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Sampurnanand and the 26th convocation of Sanjay Gandhi Medical College.
Ramnath Kovind will reach Gorakhpur on August 28. Here he will lay the foundation stone of Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush Mahavidyalaya as well as inaugurate Mahayogi Gorakhnath University. Will reach Ayodhya on the last day of the tour i.e. August 29. Will have darshan of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. Apart from this, here he will also inaugurate various projects including the Project Ramayana Circuit of the Department of Tourism and Culture.
