Mumbai: A disturbing news has emerged from Bopdev Ghat in Pune, Maharashtra. A 21-year-old girl was gang raped in Pune. It is reported that the victim girl went for a walk with a companion. Three boys discovered them in a deserted area late at night. Following this, the three of them beat up their friend and gang-raped the girl in front of him. Following this, the creatures fled. The victim’s friend brought her to the hospital late at night. Currently, the girl is still in the hospital.
The police team has also arrived at the hospital and is probing the issue. The cops stated they learned of the gang rape at 5 a.m. The identities of the three creatures who gang-raped the girl remain unknown. The authorities are currently investigating the girl’s friend in an attempt to solve the gang-rape mystery.
According to the Pune Police, the victim and her friend are both college students. The victim is a Jalgaon local, while her acquaintance lives in Surat. Both of them attend the same college and went for a walk at night. At the moment, three boys surrounded them in a deserted area. The three of them beat them up before gang-raped the girl. Several teams from the Pune Police and Crime Branch are searching for the culprits. Raids are also being undertaken in Pune and the surrounding districts.
Supriya Sule voiced concern over the gang rape. Following the incident in Pune, Supriya Sule has expressed concern over women’s safety. She stated, “Atrocities against women are committed on a continuous basis.” The Home Ministry has been unable to stop them. Maharashtra is not safe for women… this must be said. The perpetrators should be apprehended, and strong measures should be imposed.
In this case, Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) spokesperson Anand Dubey stated, “The news from Kondhwa in Pune is that one of our sisters was gang-raped and kidnapped by three brutes.” The law and order situation in Maharashtra has deteriorated. On one side, the fortunate celebration of Navratri is underway. On the other side, such situations are heartbreaking. It is not enough to simply conduct the Ladli Behan Yojana; their safety must also be considered.
