Two incidents of cruelty in Ludhiana :- A teenager raped a four -year – old girl , and Minor girl was imprisoned

In Ludhiana , A four – year – old girl was raped by her neighbor Minor while taking fruits . The incident was discovered when the girl mother reached the terrace looking for her , the accused was raping her . He overcome the accused and inform the police about this . After informing the police of police station reached the spot . The police register a case against the minor accused on the complaint of the minor girl . Police produced the accused in court . On the other hand , the police started the process of medical examination of the victim . After the completion of the investigation process , the girls swab probe has been sent . According to the complaint given by the women to the police , the live in rented houses . The knowledgeable family lives in front of them . Her husband brought the fruits from Market on Saturday afternoon . Those people were sitting together eating fruit . According to her women, during this time her four year older daughter was playing setting on the stairs . The women gave voice to the daughter and ask her to come in and eat fruits . But when girl did not get any response on making a loud sound , the women went to the stairs to see it . Not finding the girl there , she went to the terrace . According to the women , she saw that a 13 years old boy from his knowledgeable family was doing wrong with his daughter , his daughter crying loudly . The women somehow rescued the child and brought it down and then inform the police about this Crime .
