DELHI HIGH COURT: Sushant Singh Rajput’s father plea to ban films on the late actor’s life; the court dismisses

On Thursday, The Delhi High Court dismissed an application that was filed by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father Krishna Kishore Singh to restrain order on proposed movies being made on late actor’s life.

Moreover, Krishan Kishore Singh, the actor’s father, recently appealed to the High Court on the basis of news of movies and other ventures depicting his personal life, name, images, caricature,lifestyle, likeness in the form of a biopic or story.

However, the Delhi High Court dismissed the late actor’s father’s petition who seek to restrain order on proposed movies being made on late actor’s life.
