In the era of social media, the memes made on it made it iconic. Now the world of madness of the film is ready to make a comeback. It has surprised the audience after 18 years. Finally the much-awaited sequel ‘Bhaagm Bhaag 2’ is about to come.

Why the delay in the sequel?

The rights of the sequel to ‘Bhagam Bhaag’ have recently been acquired from Shemaroo Entertainment by Sarita Ashwin Varde of Roaring River Productions, who is also working on the script of the film. She will produce this film in collaboration with Shemaroo. On the question of the delay in the sequel, Sarita says, “Because the sequel of a special film like ‘Bhagam Bhaag’ should also be equally special. When the right time came, we decided to make it.”

Promises more entertainment than the first part

Sarita has been associated with the film world for a long time. She has been the creative force of her husband Ashwin Varde, who is also the producer of films like Boss, ‘Mubarakan’, ‘Kabir Singh’, ‘OMG-2’ and ‘Khel Khel Mein’. Hiren Gada, CEO, Shemaroo Entertainment says, “We are excited to partner with a great team to create a film that will continue the legacy of their previous film with even more laughter, fun and entertainment.”

Script work reaches final stage

The script work of ‘Bhagam Bhaag 2’ is in its final stages. The film will hit the floors in mid-2025. Right now, the makers have just promised that the sequel will be “even crazier and funnier”. An update on the film will be out soon when it is officially announced.
