‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ has been a fan favorite since 2000. People have won a lot of money from the quiz show on the basis of their knowledge. Some became lakhpatis, while some left the show as crorepatis. But in season 16, something happened that had never happened in the last 24 years.
A promo of the show has been shared in which the contestant surprised Amitabh Bachchan with his unique feat. To give a chance to another contestant, Dr. Neeraj Saxena from Kolkata left his game midway. He requested Amitabh to leave the game. The audience present there was also stunned to hear this from the contestant.
Contestant Neeraj Saxena is the PRO Chancellor of JSI University. Big B was impressed after hearing about his achievements. He told that he has worked with former President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Abdul Kalam has been his boss with whom he has worked on many projects.

Neeraj Saxena said, ‘Sir, I have a request, I would like to quit at this stage. I want the other contestants to get a chance. Everyone here is younger than us, whatever we have is enough.’ Hearing this from the contestant, host Amitabh was stunned for a while.
Big B says, ‘Sir, we have never seen such an example before. This is your greatness and big heart and we have learned a lot from you today. We want to tell our public that this is the first occasion in this entire game which has been going on for more than 20 years. No contestant has quit this game for his teammates.’
Seeing this nature of Neeraj, the audience present there also praised his work a lot.
