Manish Malhotra and Abhay Deol arrived in Nainital to begin filming.

Nainital, 19 Dec 2023: Abhay Deol has reached Nainital for the shooting of the film Ban Tikki. He has shot many scenes in St. Joseph’s College. Photos of natural beauty including winter line from St. Joseph have been posted on social media. He has written in his post that he is remembering the school Hogwarts of Hollywood film-Harry Potter and the college days of ten years of his life.

Abhay said that the city is many times more beautiful than what he had heard about the beauty of Nainital. During his stay in Nainital, he tasted many Kumaoni dishes like bhang chutney, potato gutka.

The film’s producer and famous fashion designer Manish Malhotra said that the shooting of the film, written in Nainital itself, is being done here to give it a live look. Nainital is unmatched in terms of beauty. Next year he will reach Nainital for the shooting of another film. He also prayed for the success of the film by offering prayers at the Ghorakhal Golju temple.
