Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra played the role of spy agent Nadia Singh in the original American version of Citadel. Priyanka wrote a note to Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu wishing them luck for the series and playing Citadel Honey Bunny in the Hindi version.
Priyanka Chopra has praised the trailer of the upcoming action-packed web series Citadel Honey Bunny. On Tuesday, the makers released the first official trailer of the series starring Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles. While the trailer has already been praised by several Bollywood celebrities, Priyanka Chopra is now one of the latest additions to the list.
Re-posting the trailer on her Instagram story, Priyanka wrote, “Back to where it all began for Nadia… the original story… Citadel Honey Bunny, trailer is out now.” Priyanka further praised the performances of Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, calling them incredible.
Priyanka played the lead role in the original American version of Citadel alongside Richard Madden. She was seen as Nadia Singh, a highly skilled Citadel spy agent. However, Priyanka is busy shooting for Citadel 2. Before Priyanka, the trailer of Citadel Honey Bunny was praised by Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor, Karan Johar, Janhvi Kapoor, Manushi Chillar and other celebrities. Alia praised the actors of Citadel Honey Bunny and called them her “favourites”. Filmmaker Karan Johar said that he can’t wait to watch the show. Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Fasten your seat belts, because this is going to be a great ride”
Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu play undercover agents in the spin-off of the American spy action show Citadel: Honey Bunny. Apart from Varun and Samantha, the trailer will feature Kay Kay Menon, Saqib Saleem and Sikandar Kher in pivotal roles. Produced by Raj and DK, the series will release on Amazon Prime Video on November 7, 2024.
