Shahrukh made fun of Aamir at IIFA: Said- Aamir should not have done ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’, told- why he did not do ‘Pushpa’

Recently, Shahrukh Khan hosted the 24th IIFA 2024 Awards held in Abu Dhabi. Here he co-hosted the show with Vicky Kaushal.
During the event, when Vicky Kaushal asked Shah Rukh if he would have done ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ like many other films if it had been offered to him earlier?

Later he said- ‘I love you Aamir’ In response to this Shahrukh said, ‘What about me? Aamir also should not have done this film.’ Hearing this reply of Shahrukh, everyone present there including Vicky were shocked. However, later Shahrukh took it as a joke and also said I love you to Aamir.

‘I can’t match Allu’s swag’ After this, when Vicky asked Shahrukh that if he was offered ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, would he do it? In response to this, Shahrukh said, ‘Oh my God, man… you said something that still hurts. I really wanted to do ‘Pushpa’ but I can’t match Allu Arjun sir’s swag.’

‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ was a remake of ‘Forest Gump’ Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ released in 2022 failed miserably at the box office. This film was directed by Advait Chandan. It was an official remake of the Hollywood film ‘Forest Gump’.

Allu Arjun is working on ‘Pushpa 2’.
South superstar Allu Arjun won the National Award for Best Actor for the film ‘Pushpa’. The actor is currently working on the sequel of the film ‘Pushpa 2’. Actors like Fahadh Fasil and Rashmika Mandanna will also be seen in it.
