Anil Kapoor And Madhuri Dixit the team has always been regarded as most successful Jodi of 1990. Anil Kapoor was having a good pairing with Sridevi, Juhi, and other actresses, also Madhuri was hit with Sanjay Dutt, Jackie and Shahrukh Khan. But Anil – Madhuri pair was out of the league. The pair is being united again in 2017-18 Indra Kumar’s next big venture Total Dhamaal. Indra Kumar said “Madhuri is brilliant in comedy. Tezaab was the first hit movie of both Madhuri and Anil Kapoor together, before Tezaab, both were paired in Hifazat in 1987. Tezaab not only helped Madhuri to be an overnight superstar, but it also re-established Kapoor’s career. Because after Mr. India, Anil Kapoor’s all movies were getting flopped.
2. Friends of Anil Kapoor said him not to cast himself opposite Madhuri because she was too thin, but Madhuri proved everyone wrong. Add to that, She eventually became the biggest competitor of Sridevi, who then was the biggest superstar of the time.
