Punjab Chief minister captain Amarinder Singh has extended the ban on covid related restrictions in the state till 10 June. Along with this, keeping in the mind the number of active covid cases and the decline to remove the limit on the number of passengers in private vehicles. The chief minister , Along with restoring selective surgeries in government and private hospitals offered services in all government medical colleges , hospitals in the State. It is the note worthy that in order to ensure the proper availability of oxygen and bed for serious covid cases , the selective surgery was stopped on April 12. The chief minister now ordered to restore these operation in hospitals on the condition that there is no shortage of beds for AL -3 patients .
