Preparations for significant action against terrorists… Amit Shah held a review meeting on security in Jammu and Kashmir
Union Home Minister Amit Shah held an important meeting with Home Ministry officials on Friday. In this meeting, he discussed the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir and took feedback from the officials regarding the security arrangements.
Several officials of the Home Ministry, along with the DGP of Jammu and Kashmir Police, top officials of the CRPF, and senior intelligence grade officers, participated in the review meeting on the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir. The Home Minister questioned all the officials about the security arrangements and took feedback.
It is being told that before this meeting, Prime Minister Modi also talked to Home Minister Amit Shah about the Jammu attack. After which, Home Minister Amit Shah is constantly in touch with top officials regarding security there.
Home Minister Amit Shah will hold a big meeting on June 16 on the issue of the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, in which all the officials related to Jammu and Kashmir security will participate. This meeting will be held in the Home Ministry North Block.
In the past few days, terrorists have carried out three attacks in Jammu and Kashmir in four days. The terrorists had attacked Reasi, Kathua, and Doda. They are trying to disturb the peace of the area. However, in response, the security forces killed two terrorists in Kathua. A search operation is being conducted to find the remaining terrorists.
