Money trail of Rs 338 crore
In fact, ED’s investigation has revealed that Rs 338 crore reached the Aam Aadmi Party during the proceedings of the crime. Let us tell you that during the hearing on Manish Sisodia’s bail in the Supreme Court, ED had placed a money trail of Rs 338 crore before the court. In this, it was being proved that during the excise policy, Rs 338 crore had reached the Aam Aadmi Party from the liquor mafia and the patron of Aam Aadmi Party is Arvind Kejriwal, hence it is necessary to interrogate him.

The second allegation is that Indospirit director Sameer Mahendru, accused in the excise scam, told the ED during interrogation that Vijay Nair, very close to Arvind Kejriwal, had made him meet Arvind through Face Time app (video call). In which Arvind Kejriwal told him that Vijay Nair is his man and he should trust Nair.

ED investigation has also revealed that Manish Sisodia’s then secretary C Arvind told during interrogation that there was a margin profit of 6% in the excise policy, which was increased to 12% only with the approval of Arvind Kejriwal. That means Arvind Kejriwal also had a role in making the excise policy.

A meeting regarding Delhi’s new excise policy was also held at Arvind Kejriwal’s house. The cabinet meeting that was held regarding the new excise policy is called by the Chief Minister. Based on these few points, ED will interrogate Arvind Kejriwal.
