CBI registered the first FIR in the NEET paper leak case

New Delhi: The investigation of NEET paper leak has been handed over to the CBI. After this, the CBI has intensified the investigation of this case. Today, the CBI has also registered the first FIR in the NEET paper leak case. The CBI registered a regular case after the complaint of the Ministry of Education in the NEET exam paper leak case. The CBI has registered an FIR under IPC section 420 for fraud and 120B i.e. conspiracy. After registering its first FIR, the CBI has now started investigating the case.

If sources are to be believed, CBI has registered a separate case. The cases of Bihar and Gujarat have not been taken over. Police of both the states are currently investigating and making arrests at their own level. Currently, CBI has registered a separate case. Now the matter is being investigated. If CBI feels the need during further investigation, then Bihar and Gujarat police will also be contacted. After the consent of the police of both the states and when required, their case can be taken over and case diary can be taken.

Let us tell you that earlier in the UGC NET case also, after the complaint of the Ministry of Education, the CBI has started investigation by registering a regular case against unknown people under sections of fraud and conspiracy. In fact, in the NEET-UG paper leak case, the Ministry of Education took a big decision and handed over its investigation to the CBI on Saturday. Earlier, the news came that the NEET-PG entrance exam to be held on Sunday (23 June) has been postponed. Now a new date will be announced for this exam.
