Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Hathras on Wednesday. Here he took stock of the situation in Hathras Police Line. So far 121 people have died in the stampede in Hathras. While 28 people are seriously injured. The treatment of the injured is going on in the hospital. In this case, the CM had ordered the officials to submit a report within 24 hours.

CM Yogi Adityanath also met the people injured in the Hathras stampede on Wednesday. He also inquired about the health of the injured from the doctors. In this case, UP minister and BJP MLA Asim Arun said, “According to the information with the police, 121 people have died in the incident. 19 bodies are yet to be identified.

Asim Arun further said that, according to the information, when the satsang program ended, the organizers created some chaos, stopped people, the exit path was narrow. It is also being said that there was a pit there, people fell on each other and died of suffocation. This is yet to be verified. The CM has ordered an inquiry into the matter under the chairmanship of ADG, Agra Zone.

Let us tell you that an FIR has been registered against the organizers of the satsang program under sections 105, 110, 126 (2), 223 and 238 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS), 2023. In this, Devprakash Madhukar has been called the ‘main sevadar’ and a case has been registered against other organizers of the religious event, where the stampede occurred. Baba’s name is not included in this primary.
The police is trying to find this satsang baba but till now the police has not found any clue. Ram Kutir Charitable Trust in Mainpuri district used to be Baba’s hideout but the police did not find Baba on searching here. According to sources, the police’s search operation to find Baba is going on.

Hathras accident case reaches Supreme Court

About 121 people lost their lives in the massacre that took place in the Satsang in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh. Now this matter has reached the Supreme Court. On the other hand, opposition MPs also raised this issue in the Rajya Sabha. A moment of silence was also observed to mourn the death of people in the accident. A petition has also been filed in the Allahabad High Court demanding a CBI inquiry into the matter.

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court by lawyer Vishal Tiwari in which he has demanded an inquiry by forming an SIT under the supervision of the Supreme Court. It was also said in the petition that the court should issue guidelines to all the states to prevent any such incident in future. Apart from this, a report has been sought in the petition on what arrangements were made for medical facilities at the place of the incident.

Writing a letter to Chief Justice Arun Bhansali of Allahabad High Court, Gaurav Dwivedi has demanded a CBI or judicial inquiry into the entire incident. In the letter, he has also demanded the suspension of the responsible officers.
