Actor Allu Arjun, who has impressed the world with his acting in South films, has recently knocked the door of the High Court. The matter is before the assembly elections 2024 in which a case has been registered against Allu Arjun under section 144 and 188 of BNS.

Allu Arjun Case: South superstar Allu Arjun came into the limelight during the general elections of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2024. He supported his colleague and YSRCP leader Shilpa Ravi Chandra Reddy during the elections in Nandyal. During this, he was also accused of violating the code of conduct before the assembly elections. It was alleged that Allu Arjun and Reddy had organized a public meeting at the MLA’s residence without permission. In this connection, he was accused of violating the code of conduct. Now Allu Arjun has knocked the door of the High Court in this matter.

What is the matter?

South superstar Allu Arjun has approached the court to get relief in an old case. In fact, before the assembly elections 2024, he had supported his partner Shilpa Ravi Chandra Reddy’s party. A public meeting was organized without permission during which Allu Arjun registered his presence in Nandyal. After his arrival, many fans of Allu gathered there, which also caused a lot of damage to the traffic. After this, a person filed a case against Allu and Ravi under section 144 and 188 of BNS (Indian Justice Code). To get relief in this matter, Allu Arjun has now approached the High Court.

Allu Arjun made this appeal in the High Court

Allu Arjun has clarified in this matter that his intention was not wrong and he was just a part of the public meeting to support his friend. Now the actor has appealed to the High Court to cancel the case going on against him. The hearing of this case of Allu Arjun will be held tomorrow i.e. on 22 October 2024. Now it remains to be seen what decision is given on this matter in the court.

Talking about Allu Arjun’s work front, he is busy preparing for the release of the film Pushpa 2. The film will be released in theaters on 6 December 2024. Its first part was well liked. Now there is a similar expectation about its second part. Fans are already very excited about this film.
