Praising Kirron Kher’s tenure, Nitin Gadkari appeals to make Sanjay Tandon victorious
Chandigarh, May 22. Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said that if the country has to move forward, there is a need to increase industry and agriculture. He said that the last ten years of India can be seen as a development revolution and sought the cooperation of the countrymen to make the country a third economic system. He said that this election is not for Sanjay Tandon or any other person but for the future of the country.
If there is right leadership and right policies then the country will progress and the country will become a world leader. There will be a prosperous and prosperous India free from fear, hunger and terrorism. He said that it is important that if the leadership is right then the policies will also be right. Congress got a big opportunity in the country in 75 years. Made many promises, but the country knows what happened.
What Congress could not do in 60 years, the BJP government has done in ten years. On Wednesday night, Gadkari was addressing an intellectual meeting organized at Lubana Bhawan, Chandigarh.
He said that I will not talk much about my ministry here because people see my work themselves while passing through the streets, but still I want to tell that my ministry has done work worth Rs 50 lakh crore. There is a shortage in this country not of money but of leaders who work with honesty. He said that there was a time when there was shortage of money, but today there is no shortage of money because of the policies of the present government.
He said that I think I could still have done work worth Rs 25 to 30 lakh crores more. He said that undoubtedly communist parties were successful in many countries, but now they too have ended like socialist parties. Referring to the works being done in Atal Tunnel, Ladakh, Leh and Srinagar, he said that Asia’s largest tunnel is being constructed in Zojila. It is being built at a cost of Rs 12 thousand crores with a saving of Rs 5 thousand crores in its construction.
He raised the question that how many highways did the Congress give to the country in 60 years, but the credit for the number of highways given to the country in the last 10 years and the transformation of the country does not go to Modi ji, me or Kiran Kher ji, but to the people of the country. All this could not have happened if you had made the mistake of choosing BJP candidates while voting ten years ago. Even my wife did not believe in his talk of bringing hydrogen vehicles on the ground, now understand how the people of the country would react, but today my car runs on hydrogen.
He said that bio ethanol is being made from stubble in Panipat and work is going on at a rapid pace to prepare biofuel from stubble and there is a plan to sell this fuel to the world in future. He said that the day is not far when our country will become a provider of energy and fuel from a food provider. He praised the work of Kirron Kher and appealed to make Sanjay Tandon victorious. He said that Sanjay Tandon is an energetic leader and he has inherited this energy from his father.
MP Kirron Kher said that Nitin Gadkari laid a network of roads in the country and approved the flyover at Tribune Chowk in Chandigarh in a day. Kher described Gadkari as India’s most famous minister. BJP candidate Sanjay Tandon said that the voting percentage has to be increased and this responsibility lies on the shoulders of every Chandigarh resident. We have to make the city beautiful and the voters beautiful.
If the number here increases and creates history and reaches 90 percent, then I will be able to make an even more impressive demand from the Prime Minister for more rights for Chandigarh and for this city. Chandigarh is developing as a tourist place. Sukhna Lekh, Bird Park, Jungle Walk, Rock Garden became a city of health facilities and because of this, Chandigarh has become ready as health tourism.
Chandigarh has made great achievements in the form of BPO and ID industry. Today Chandigarh has become a Young City. Investment meets are held in many states of the country, so that the city can stand economically in different areas. I have prepared this plan so that it starts in Chandigarh and Chandigarh can develop as a regional hub.
In the program, BJP State President Jatinder Pal Malhotra and the organizing board honored Union Minister Nitin Gadkari with a memento.
In the intellectual meeting, BJP’s National Vice President Dr. Saroj Pandey, outgoing MP Kirron Kher, Rajya Sabha MP Satnam Singh Sandhu, former Uttar Pradesh Minister Atul Garg, Kamla Sharma, the first mayor of Chandigarh, CA Mukul Bansal, in-charge of the economic cell, convenor of the professional cell.
