Nainital: The High Court said- some women are misusing the law in the name of rape, they should be sent to jail
The court said that it has often been seen that first women go to many places from hotels to many places with male friends of their own free will and then misuse this law when differences arise. While commenting, the court also said that women who make such false and false allegations should be sent to jail.
During the hearing on the petition challenging the charge sheet and summon order filed in the case of rape on the pretext of marriage, Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma, a single bench of the High Court, said that some women are misusing the law.

Advocating her case, she said that her male friend took her to many places on the pretext of marriage and made physical relations without her consent. The male friend is already married, even after that she makes a relationship with him and later on the pretext of marriage, files a case in the name of rape. The court said that the girl who is doing this is adult and sensible. There is no girl child who falls under the trap of a man.
The petitioner referred to the decision of the Supreme Court in this regard.Giving said that in a case, the Supreme Court has clarified that when physical relations are made with an adult with consent, it will not be in the category of rape.(HB)
