Even a day before the results of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 were announced, Congress Parliamentary Party President Sonia Gandhi claimed better electoral prospects for the opposition INDIAA alliance.
Rejecting the exit poll estimates, she said that the election results will be exactly the opposite. The opposition INDIAA alliance on Saturday itself rejected the exit poll estimates of all channels and survey agencies that the BJP led by PM Modi will get a huge majority and made a counter claim that the opposition alliance will form the government with victory in 295 seats.
Sonia Gandhi, who reached an event to pay homage to the memories of former Tamil Nadu CM M Karunanidhi, the pioneer of DMK, rejected its figures when asked about the exit poll.
