Thousands of Farmers from Punjab and Haryana entered Chandigarh

” A protest started on 9th August 2020 is still on it’s way with same spirit “

Farmers protest that was started by farmers for their rights up roared in the same spirit even after 7 months. On June 26, 2021, Saturday farmer’s started protest from Zirakpur. Approximately 32 farmer’s organization in loud voice started slogans on roads. They reached Panchkula from Zirakpur and then they took halt at Nada sahib chowk. Where they had taken Langar in Nada Sahib Gurudwara and restarted protest while walking towards Chandigarh Governor house and different sectors. They broke the barriers at Mullanpur and Zirakpur. Housing board and other 13 ways were closed where as the police station received alert.

On the Slogan ‘Krishi Bachao, Loktantra Bachao’ they campaigned entire protest. Chandigarh Police stopped farmers on press point light those who came to reach Badnore in Raj Bhawan on the other hand DC Mandeep Brar accepted the memorandum and gave the assurance that it will be rightfully submitted to Badnore. Farmer’s while speaking slogans passed from many sectors of Chandigarh. The highlights of the protest is shown below.
