New Delhi: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has said a big thing regarding the problem of waiting tickets as well as special trains. He said that 14 km of track is being prepared every day in the country.
In India, people often face maximum problems in getting confirmed train tickets during festivals, summer holidays and wedding seasons. Most of the problems are seen in trains going to Bihar during the festival of Chhath. Now after the formation of the new NDA government at the Centre, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has given a statement regarding getting rid of waiting tickets.
The speed of making tracks has been increased every day: Ashwini Vaishnav
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that every effort is being made to deal with the problems of waiting tickets. He said, this summer ten times more trains have been run than before. Last year, four times more trains were run on the occasion of Chhath. In 2024, 14 kilometers of track is being built per day. Whereas in 2014, 4 kilometers of track is prepared every day. In the last five years, 35 thousand kilometers of track has been built.”
When will we get relief from waiting problems? The Railway Minister told that when will the people of the country get relief from the problem of waiting tickets. He said, “22 thousand trains are being run every day in India. If we increase the number of trains by 3 thousand every day, then we will be able to eliminate the waiting list completely. By the year 2032, we will be able to eliminate the problems of waiting tickets.”
Railway Minister also mentioned special train: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has said that this summer, 4 crore additional passengers are traveling through special trains every day. Indian Railways is the fourth largest railway network in the world and Asia. Speaking on the same security Kavach Sister, the Railway Minister said, it is like building a data center at every station and laying telecommunication lines. Developing an automatic train protection system is very complex.
