Bihar’s YouTuber Manish Kashyap has been released after getting conditional bail from Patna High Court. Let us tell you that Manish was kept in Beur jail of Bihar. Manish has been released from jail after 9 months. Manish was earlier to be taken to Tamil Nadu, but after the decision of Patna Civil Court, he was kept in Bihar only.

Tamil Nadu government had taken action against Manish Kashyap under NSA

The legal clampdown on Manish Kashyap was tightened when a video surfaced regarding violence against the people of Bihar in Tamil Nadu. It was alleged that Manish had shown this video in a fake manner on his YouTube channel. Tamil Nadu police had registered a case against Manish Kashyap’s video, terming it as false. Tamil Nadu government had also taken action against Manish Kashyap under NSA.

Manish had surrendered after the seizure

Manish had approached the Supreme Court to get relief. At that time, the Tamil Nadu government had given arguments in the Supreme Court refusing to remove the NSA, however, Manish got relief. Seven cases were registered against Manish in Bettiah district of Bihar. In this, apart from assaulting the BJP MLA and threatening to kill him, there was also an allegation of assaulting the bank manager. In this case, Manish had surrendered in the police station after the seizure, since then Manish was kept in jail.
