Who dishonored Constitution on Republic Day 2021? #Protesters or the #Government

Delhi, Link: Farmers Protest. Humari Baat feels that yesterday was one of the most erroneous days. As Yesterday was the Republic day and the protestor – police violence broke out actually dishonored the Constitution of India.

Violence at any cost can not give us any solution but on the other hand, ignoring the voice of farmers was also not at all correct. It is true that Government has talked to farmers through various meetings but all such meetings were useless as many farmers were not at all satisfied. Farmers still do not trust the Modi Government’s intentions. But no matter how much wrong is the Government in eyes of a community or an individual or a particular segment, triggering and getting involved in violence is not correct.

“Right against exploitation” is as much important as the fundamental duty “To safeguard public property and to abjure violence”. So It is the opinion of team Humari Baat that Both government and protestors both have dishonored the “Indian Constitution”. Humari Baat condemns this violence.

As per media reports, 150 cops are injured out of which many are in ICU. Add to that, many farmers also have been injured. One farmer has died. Five Buses and six police vehicles have been damaged. As per the reports, 200 protestors in connection with farmers’ tractor rally violence in Delhi, have been detained by Delhi Police.

Humari Baat Team feels every matter can be solved with peace, this violent protest has destroyed the successful and peaceful protest by the farmers. It is now the duty of the Govt of India to find the perfect solution and take action against those who organized the violence. Humari Baat does still feel that the law which is making chaos in the country should be taken back since the law is of no use which is provoking violence.
