Gandhi should tell whether corruption has ended in Congress or whether he has accepted corruption.
Shiromani Akali Dal candidate from Patiala Lok Sabha constituency and former MLA from Derabassi constituency N.K. Sharma, while taking on the Congress and BJP candidates contesting the elections, has said that Preneet Kaur, who sought votes during the elections, has won the elections from here four times. But till date she has never even come for a thank you visit. After winning the elections, the doors of the palaces are closed to the public.
NK Sharma was addressing a public meeting in Janetpur village of Derabassi as part of the election campaign. He said that the doors of the palace where Preneet Kaur lives are opened only during election days. After winning the elections, the doors of the palaces are closed for four and a half years.
Taking a dig at Congress candidate Dharamveer Gandhi, Sharma said that for many years Gandhi used to call Congress the most corrupt party in the country and called Aam Aadmi Party the best.
Gandhi left AAP after winning the elections. Now before contesting elections from Congress, he should tell whether corruption has ended in Congress or whether Gandhi has accepted corruption.
On this occasion, many dignitaries including former Chairman of Derabassi Municipal Council Harjinder Singh Rangi, Gurikbal Singh Poonia, Suresh Sharda, Major Paragpur, Manjeet Malikpur, Rajbir Rana, Pawan Dhiman, Yuva Akali leader Taranbir Singh Poonia were present.
