CM Dhami Unveils “Meri Yojana – Rajya Sarkar” Book to Boost Welfare Schemes Awareness
Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the “Meri Yojana – Rajya Sarkar” book at the Chief Sevak Sadan. The book, published by the Programme Implementation Department, provides comprehensive information on the state’s welfare schemes and services in a simple and practical language.
The primary objective of this book is to make the public aware of the various government schemes and the benefits they offer. It includes detailed information on the application process, required documents, and eligibility criteria for each scheme. This initiative aims to ensure the effective implementation of welfare schemes at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the launch, CM Dhami said, “When the intent is right, the motives are noble, and the resolve is strong, the benefits of schemes can easily reach the person standing at the last mile of society. Our government is working tirelessly for the holistic development of the state.”
He emphasized that this book would not only inform beneficiaries about the schemes but also make government services more accessible to the common people. The initiative is seen as a significant step toward ensuring transparency and accountability in governance, reinforcing the state’s commitment to “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Collective Efforts, Inclusive Growth).
