On Friday, Harish Rawat observed a fast of silence at his residence. Said, UPCL is harassing poor families in rural areas of Haridwar in the name of electricity theft. Also, arbitrary rates of electricity are being collected. In rural areas, power cuts are being cut for several hours every day, due to which people are troubled.
