First glimse of Ram Temple – Much awaited!

The wait is over and the first photos if the foundation being built for the construction of a grand temple on the Sri Rama Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya have been revealed for the first time . Out of total 44 layers , 6 layers have been built . Due to Toute and Yas storms the work was stopped for few days and resumed on Monday . The General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust , Champat Rai visited the temple on Monday to review the progress and told that the work will be done by next August.

Champat Rai informed that the foundation is being built in an area of 400 feet in length and 300 feet in width (1.20 lakh square feet). In this 44 layers are to be made with each layer to be 12 inches . On rolling the roller , it presses 2 inches to 10 inches and after this the second layer is laid .

He also said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had performed puja for Ram Mandir on the land which was 150 meters above sea level . But now the debris has been removed and after leveling it is 93 meters above sea level .
