Haryana CM’s oath ceremony was on 12 October, program postponed suddenly: buses were also called to gather the crowd; 2 MLAs-MPs reached Delhi, lobbying for Deputy CM-Minister post

Nayab Saini was to take oath as the new CM of Haryana on October 12. Preparations for the oath taking ceremony had already begun at the Parade Ground in Panchkula. Even government buses were requisitioned to gather the crowd. However, it was postponed due to PM Narendra Modi’s foreign tour.

Now the swearing-in can happen anytime till October 15. Before the oath, there will be a meeting of the BJP Legislature Party in Chandigarh. Two central observers will attend this meeting. Saini is still in Delhi. Where he is meeting Haryana election in-charge Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. There can be a discussion about the cabinet in this.

Before the swearing-in, lobbying has started for the post of Deputy CM and Minister. MLA Mahipal Dhanda from Panipat Rural and Rajya Sabha MP Krishan Lal Panwar, who won the election from Israna, have camped in Delhi. Dhanda is pushing for the post of Deputy CM. BJP can appoint 2 Deputy CMs here on the lines of Rajasthan and UP.

Rajya Sabha MP Kartikeya Sharma has also met Nayab Saini in Delhi. His mother Shakti Rani Sharma has won the election from Kalka seat.

CM on Delhi tour, expected to arrive today On the other hand, after the victory in the election, Haryana’s acting CM Naib Saini was on a Delhi tour on Wednesday. Here he first met PM Narendra Modi. After this, he also met President Draupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, besides State Election Incharge Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and National President JP Nadda.

CM Naib Saini also had a meeting with Haryana party in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan at Nadda’s residence. It is being told that the date of swearing-in and formation of cabinet were discussed in this meeting.

Cabinet will be decided in Delhi itself. According to the information, Naib Saini can consult his senior leadership to finalize his cabinet. Despite the anti-incumbency wave, the ruling BJP retained power in Haryana by winning its third consecutive victory, and stopped the Congress’s attempt to return in the assembly elections. The results of the assembly elections were declared on Tuesday.
