One hundred individuals joined the BJP

In a boost to the BJP, around 100 people, including Congress state secretary Pawan Atwal and contract sanitation workers organization head Rakesh Pohal, joined the party today.

They took membership of the BJP under the leadership of party president Jatinder Pal Malhotra at rhe BJP office in Kamalam. He claimed many more Congress leaders may join the BJP in the coming days.

BJP president made Congres leaders and workers join the party. They were welcomed with placards. Malhotra assured their honor and respect will be fully taken care of in BJP.

The President said during the last 10 years of Prime Minister Modi’s tenure, India has progressed in every field. Railway and air connectivity is increasing. He said that on one hand, AIIMS, medical colleges and IITs are being built by the Modi government, on the other hand a new education policy has been implemented to improve the level of education.

Many schemes have been implemented in the interest of the employees. He said that many things have been done including removing Article 370, building Ram Temple, implementing CAA etc., which really strengthen the country.

On the occasion of joining the BJP, Congress State Secretary Pawan Atwal said today he is joining the BJP due to the wrong policies of the Congress, because most of the promises made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the people during his tenure have been fulfilled. He promised the BJP president that he would work as a loyal worker of the BJP.

Rakesh Pohal, head of the Contract Safai Karmachari Organization, said he has joined the BJP after being influenced by the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The sanitation workers are also impressed by the respect given by Modi to the sanitation workers, whereas during the Congress rule, the sanitation workers were exploited.

The sanitation workers did not even get their salaries on time. On this occasion, about 100 people including Congress’ Aman Nehra, Sonu Dikshho, Sundar and Sunil Kumar joined the BJP. On this occasion, BJP State Vice President Devinder Singh Babla, State General Secretary Hukam Chand and Amit Jindal were present.
