MLA from Dharchula Harish Dhami said that the assembly elections should be fought on the face of Harish Rawat, while other leaders say that the election should be fought collectively, no face should be put forward.

Dharchula MLA Harish Dhami clearly says that the assembly elections will be fought under the leadership of Harish Rawat and if he is ready to do anything for him, then the former president of the party is talking about contesting the elections collectively. Not only this, Dhami has said that, instead of contesting elections, all working presidents should do the work of contesting elections.

After the change in the Congress organization, now the fight over the face has started. Congress MLAs are saying that this time the assembly elections will be fought under the leadership of Harish Rawat. Because the high command has made him the chairman of the election steering committee, so the CM’s face will be the same, while former party president Pritam Singh claims that the central high command has made it clear that the election will be fought collectively.

Dhami has also claimed that, Harish Rawat has been made the chairman of the election steering committee, this makes it clear that the next face of the Chief Minister will be Harish Rawat from the party. He argues that in the last election, the chairman of the election steering committee was Vijay Bahuguna, who was made the chief minister after the election. According to Dhami, Harish Rawat will be the face of the party in the next election, but on the other hand the former Congress President claims that, the Central High Command has clearly said that the election will be fought collectively, not on any face.

Dhami has said that instead of contesting elections, all working presidents should do the work of contesting elections, so that the party can win maximum seats in the 2022 elections.
