Senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party, co-in-charge of Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh Pradesh, former state president of BJP Sanjay Tandon said in line with the ideology of the party.
To commemorate the 350th year of the death of the ‘miracle of Hindi’ Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Singh, ‘Sheesh Yatra’ dedicated to Guru Tegh Bahadur Singh is going from Delhi’s Gurdwara Shri Sheeshganj Sahib to Anandpur Sahib. The visit was welcomed with hospitality. During this, Sardar Harpal Singh Cheeka, Bharat Kumar, Mahakveer Singh, Neeldeep Singh, Jaspal Singh, Leeladhar Swami Sunil and Sahaj were present.
On this occasion Sanjay said that Guru Tegh Bahadur was the ninth Guru of the Sikhs, he fought for the protection and freedom of the religion. He accepted his death as an affirmation of the Mughal emperors and religious non-violence under their rule. He will always remember his sacrifice for freedom of religion. Salute to his thinking and courage!
