Dehradun: The Chief Minister inaugurated the head of Jollygrant-Kaluwala irrigation canal, prepared at a cost of about Rs 3.5 crore.
An event was organized at Kaluwala under the Water Conservation Campaign 2024 by Spring and River Rejuvenation Authority (SARA), Dehradun. During this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj, Subodh Uniyal, MLA Brij Bhushan Gairola participated.
Before the program, the Chief Minister and other leaders participated in special puja at Kalu Siddha Temple. The Chief Minister inaugurated the head of Jollygrant-Kaluwala irrigation canal, prepared at a cost of about Rs 3.5 crore.
CM Dhami also planted a sapling during this period, which will benefit hundreds of farmers of five villages. Officials from concerned departments were also present in the program.
