Nainital: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reviewed the CM Helpline through virtual medium in which Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat connected through VC. The CM instructed the officials to resolve all the complaints received on the CM Helpline in a timely manner. There should be positive redressal of pending complaints in the next 15 days.
CM directed that the concerned departmental officers should immediately seek clarification from those officers who have not logged in on the CM Helpline portal in the last one month. If satisfactory reason is not given in the explanation, take action against the concerned authorities.
67,778 complaints registered from six districts in Kumaon division
Commissioner Deepak Rawat said that a total of 67,778 complaints were received from six districts in Kumaon division, out of which 50,319 complaints have been resolved. 8,754 complaints have been partially closed. Said that 8,705 complaints are pending, which will be resolved soon. The Commissioner has instructed all the officers to ensure quality disposal of complaints by logging on to the CM portal daily. Besides, communication should also be made with the complainant through the portal. District Magistrate Vandana Singh and DMs from all the districts joined the VC.
