Uttarakhand, 04 March 2024: Guldars have been seen in Rohalki and Alipur and Ahmedpur for the last several days. On the other hand, Bahadarabad outpost in-charge of Forest Department, Inder Singh says that the department’s team gathered information about the matter.
An atmosphere of panic has been created among the people due to the sighting of a group of three leopards on Rohalki Kishanpur-Ahmedpur road late at night. The forest department team arrived on the information of local people and followed the footprints of the henchmen. However no success was achieved. The Forest Department has asked the villagers to be cautious of Guldar.
Guldars have been seen in Rohalki and Alipur and Ahmedpur for the last several days. On the other hand, Bahadarabad outpost in-charge of the forest department, Inder Singh, says that the team of the department reached the village and collected information about the matter. Guldar’s claw marks have been found. Told that a cage has been installed in Alipur.
Even on Wednesday morning, the farmers of Rohalki have seen the three henchmen roaming in their fields and on the roads. Because of the henchmen, farmers are afraid of even going to their fields. Outpost in-charge Inder Singh said that spot inspection has been done in the village. After taking information from the people, it was found that three henchmen were seen here also. Keeping in view the safety of the people, arrangements for installing cages are being made at some other places also .
